Sign In To Your Casinia Account
You can access your Casinia account from a desktop or laptop through a web browser, and from mobile devices using the same site interface. The sign-in form uses your registered email address (or username, if you set one) and password, and it opens your personal area with your balance, bonus history, and recent transactions.
Casinia requires an account before you can log in. If you have not registered yet, you need to complete the sign-up first, then return to the login page to enter your details. If you forget your password, the reset option sends a recovery link to the email address tied to your account.
Login Help For Casinia
- How do I log in to my Casinia account from my phone without getting lost in menus? Open the Casinia site, tap Log in, then enter your email (or username) and password. If you use Face ID or fingerprint, approve it when your browser prompts you.
- What should I do if Casinia says my password is wrong even though I’m sure it’s right? Use Forgot password and set a new one from the reset email, then try again with the updated password. If the reset email doesn’t show up, check Spam/Junk and search your inbox for “Casinia”.
- What do I do if I’m stuck on a loading screen after I hit “Log in” on Casinia? Refresh the page once, then clear your browser cache for the Casinia site or try an incognito/private window. If you’re on mobile data, switch to Wi‑Fi (or the other way around) and retry.
- Can I log in to Casinia with Google or Apple, or do I have to type a password every time? Casinia supports social sign-in on accounts created with that method, so you can use the same button you used at registration. If you registered with email, you log in with email and password unless you add a linked sign-in option in your account settings.
- What happens if Casinia asks me for a code when I try to log in, and I’m not getting it? That’s a security check; wait 1–2 minutes, then request a new code and make sure your phone number or email on the account is correct. If it’s an email code, check Spam/Junk and any “Promotions” tab before trying again.
- Can I log in to Casinia from two devices at the same time, like my laptop and my phone? Yes, but Casinia may log you out on one device if it detects unusual activity or too many session changes. If that happens, log in again and avoid switching devices back and forth during deposits or withdrawals.
How To Log In To Your Casinia Account
- Open the Casinia website or launch the Casinia app on your device.
- Click or tap Log in (usually in the top-right corner on desktop, or in the main menu on mobile).
- Enter the email address or username linked to your Casinia account, then type your password.
- Select Log in to access your account and confirm you’re signed in by checking that your profile icon or account balance is visible.
Account Verification After Login In Casinia
Casinia triggers verification when an account action creates a legal or fraud-risk checkpoint, such as withdrawing funds, changing personal details, or when automated checks flag a mismatch.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal and is requested again after changes to name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, or payout method.
The system can also request documents right after login if the login comes from a new device, a new country, or an IP address associated with multiple accounts.
If Casinia detects duplicate accounts, inconsistent registration data, or repeated failed login attempts, it pauses withdrawals until the identity check is completed.
- ID: Passport, national ID card, or driving licence; the file must be clear, in colour, and show full name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 90 days; it must show the same full name and residential address as the Casinia profile.
- Payment method: For cards, a photo showing the first 6 and last 4 digits only (cover the middle digits and CVV); for e-wallets, a screenshot of the account page showing the account holder name and email/ID used for deposits.
- Source of funds (when requested): Recent payslip, tax return, bank statement, or proof of sale/inheritance; Casinia asks for this when transaction volume, deposit pattern, or compliance rules require it.
- Selfie / liveness: A selfie holding the ID or an in-app liveness check; it is requested when the account shows signs of third-party use or when the ID photo needs confirmation.
After approval, Casinia marks the account as verified and keeps withdrawals locked only if later activity changes the risk profile or the user updates details that affect compliance records.
